I track my food 3 different ways each day. Write down what I eat on an old WW 3 Month Journal, Do WW tracking on Line and Track my food with Spark People. It is neat because WW counts Points and Sparks People tracks calories and by writing it down I can look back and see where my better weight days with food were. Some days it is a real eye opener. Telling me how much calories are in some foods. It keeps me on my toes. Example 2 cups of grapes are 191 Calories and No points for WW.
I love the information I am learning each day and the people are so nice. Love it when someone leaves me a note letting me know they are thinking about me. I love to hear how people are changing their lifestyles. I love that term. Livestyles they will be with us forever. Training yourself now.
