Once I learned that on average a tablespoon of olive oil has about 120 calories, I started looking for other options for cooking and salad dressing, and I found Braggs. Now I use it in stirfrys, and on salads. Just drizzle it over your salad with some fresh lemon/lime and any fresh herbs/spice you like, and you will have created a 0 calorie salad dressing.
Braggs is all natural and has no preservatives. And again 0 calories!

I workout in the evenings, and when I get home, all I want to do is shower and wolf down some dinner. My trainers swore by "protein and veggies, that's it" after working out. I'd been wanting to work in more fish, too, and finally figured out the perfect way to do it! I keep a variety of frozen veggies and frozen tilapia/salmon/flounder on-hand. I grab a sheet of foil, throw in 1 filet and whatever veggies and seasonings I want, and throw the whole packet in the oven on 400 while I shower!
To prepare: take the foil, smear oil on it to keep from sticking, then layer fish, seasonings, and veggies. Can be all frozen, all fresh, or a mix. Use whatever you have on-hand! For seasonings, try: soy and ginger, lemon juice and butter seasoning, or seafood rub. Only about 200-300 calories!
