ok you guys have to try tracy anderson. follow her program and you will loose weight and get tones - where you want it. I have all of her videos and book but to start out I would get her book - 30 day method and follow it step by step and get the Metamorphasis program. If you want results you should try. I have every excercise video out there and this works.

When I began exercising, there were so many programs I wanted to try! We'd go broke purchasing every single workout DVD out there, right? So, instead of buying them, I get them free on YouTube. Although not every program is there, you can find several popular ones including: Zumba, Leslie Sansone, Denise Austin, Tae-Bo, P90X, The Tracy Anderson Method, Insanity... Everyone is short on time and long commutes do not help with this! To fit in some strength training on the freeway, I have created a series of arm movements (one at a time, of course) that I can do while driving. These involve pulsing pushing arm circles etc. Just put on some music and experiment!
Use one arm at a time and work on it until you can't keep it in the air any longer - I try to do at least 5 minutes on each arm. Mix and match a varierty of movements that target different muscles. Just be sure the other hand is on the wheel at all times. Inspired by Tracy Anderson arm workout.
