DO NOT WEIGH DAILY! really, this sets you up to feeling bad based on a number. You need to FEEL what is going on. Are you feeling better? Are you making healthy choices that you kn ow will be good for your body? Is your tummy flatter, clothes loser, too big? That is what to monitor, not the numbers. Weekly or even better monthly weigh ins will then give you bigger numbers and be a more realistic picture of what is going on!! This will produce less sabotage,bad moods,more motivation and success!!

A lot of people I've talked to say that the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning after you've used the bathroom. If you weigh yourself then, you won't have the added weight of food and water weight. You'll also have a better idea of your real weight loss if you weigh yourself at the same time every day since your weight does fluctuate throughout the day!
