Okay, so it can be hard to get in all your water...well, try my personal trick to sneak some in. Every time you go to the bathroom, drink 1 cup water while you are sitting there...water in, water out.
AND to make it even easier use a 3 oz bathroom cup not quiet to the top 3x and you are done!! This has helped increase my water and gives me a mission when i have to go to the bathroom...hope it helps you!! Remember every time you pee...out comes the fat!!
