If you have older kids explain to them about one of the goals in your new healthy lifestyle is to get exercising. Give them a job of getting your moving. Tell them you will give any idea they come up with a try as long as they are doing it with you.
Sometimes getting back on track requires us to move backward. When I get off track I move forward and get back on track by returning to the beginning. Spending a day or two on a very strict diet consisting of very low carbs, no treats, and lots of water. It seems to be the only way I can cleanse my body of the temptations!!
