I've had situations where I couldn't walk or care for myself , when my brain was scrambled - I needed help to shower or go to the restroom in public. Now my body takes me places, gets breathe into my lungs, and gives me sights and sounds that enrich my life. Remember to thank your body for all it does for you. And commit to thank it with good food and care.

I have some serious problems with stress, and when I encounter a mega stressful situation, I first walk away (if possible physically, if not then mentally). Then I deep breathe into each part of my body, and thank that body part for supporting me. When you realize how much holds you, and is behind you all the way (strong legs, hard-working hands), you can conquer anything.
When I wake up, I am excited to take care of the body I'm slimming down. Everything from brushing my pearly whites to washing my lovely face makes me glad to start a new day! I thank my body for helping me get through each day by pampering it.
