I've been exercising aerobics and weight training 6-7 days a week for a month now. I've dropped 3-5 lbs. Also by eating a healthy diet (low sodium, lots of veggies, low carb, low sugar) helps.

    You probably should have lost more than that by now for the amount of time that you have put in. I would mix it up, try other exercises. You may be replacing your fat with muscle... unless of course that is what you want. :-)

I found out that I've got serious thyroid issues and that is why I cannot get off of my plateau.
