  • I struggle with wanting to eat in the evenings. I try to keep it healthy, but don't need the extra calories. I can go all day eating and drinking well but evenings are rough. Yes, I do sit in front of a TV or read, or visit on the computer as it is also my only chance for down-time. I would love to hear how you manage to win the temptation batle and not eat after supper. emoticon - by KATUGOGIRL
    This definitely helps me, not from any scientific point or anything, just because the evening is my worst time for snacking as I'm too occupied during the day. And getting enough sleep is definitely important, keeps your mind fresh and makes it a bit easier to get up and start the day fresh and ready to go! emoticon - by SOPHHODGE

  • This hasn't been proven by any dr, your body doesn't know when you eat or what time it is, sure not eating right before bed might be best to avoid a stomach ache but there is no proof that not eating after 7pm actually works. - by LUVMY3SONS85
