I use fat free plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. It tastes great on taco's, salads, and potatos.

    Tha'ts how i learned to eat yogurt! As a savory replacement for sour cream!

    I agree. I use greek yogurt to replace a lot of things. It tastes great and is better for you than most other dairy products.Try this for a desert: 1 tsp of honey, with a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. So yummy and super healthy!
