When I go vegetarian and substitue tofu for meat in my already healthy dishes I find my calories drop but I still get a nice amount of protein. Great way to lose weight without having to starve yourself!
put 1/4 cup flax meal in 1/4 cup water in a blender and blend for a few seconds. The result can be used in baking as one egg substitue. you don't get any bad stuff and you get omega's and fiber and good stuff! :-)
Eating real foods: beef, chicken, fish, eggs, fruits, vegetables - real whole food - will take you where you need to go. And you'll be happier than if you'd eaten a piece of "healthy" chocolate cake or WW franken-food brownie.
