I can get lazy about journalling but this is the real way to see how healthy or unhealthy my habits are. I usually do great in journalling during the week, but weekends are hard. I'm working on my bad habit and turning it into a good habit but making myself be accountable for what I am eating.

It is difficult to keep on track when you are being pulled in too many directions. Every day, find 10 minutes for yourself. Spend it journalling, exercising, taking a bath, reading a book, but carve that time out for yourself.
Motivation ultimately comes from within, what are your dreams? Try journalling them and live large, tell your inner critic they can have their say later but for now the dreamer must be allowed to fly. When you're done let us know and we can share our experiences and best wishes with you to help you
