Pretty much any kind of meat (pork roast, pork chops, chicken breast, bone-in chicken, beef roast, etc.) can be put in the crockpot with pretty much any kind of "cream of X" soup (broccoli, mushroom, onion, potato) and will become a delicious meal.
- Cook all day on low or 4-5 hours on high. - Add a bag of vegetables matching the soup (add broccoli if you use cream of broccoli, mushrooms if you use cream of mushroom, etc.) to make it more filling and vegefied. - Serve over WW egg noodles or brown rice.

I remember seeing these commercials about this hormone cortisol that is produced when you're stressed and under pressure. It inhibits us from losing weight. So since I'm under a lot of stress and pressure at work, I got a great idea to eat extremely light at work and lost 15 lbs within 2 months.
I ate a wonderful salad or soup with some type of meat when i got home
Most meats can be browned without adding additional oil to the pan since they have a little fat in the meat itself. If it is extra lean, a spraying of cooking spray is all that is needed. When making soups, I brown the meat in the pan I make the soup in so I don't have to wash an additional pan. Brown meat and onions and then add the liquid and the rest of the ingredients.
