I'd like to say SP is the best kept secret but I keep telling all my friends about it! Food journaling on SP is the #1 reason I lost over 30 pounds and kept it off. You don't realize calorie consumption until you see it in black & white.

I am still learning things that can be done on this program and have not yet figured how to keep track of everything, but I enjoy using the nutrition tracker. It is very helpful.
