I'd like to say SP is the best kept secret but I keep telling all my friends about it! Food journaling on SP is the #1 reason I lost over 30 pounds and kept it off. You don't realize calorie consumption until you see it in black & white.

    Spark People has been very helpful to me and simple for me to keep track of things that need tracking. I am still learning things that can be done on this program and have not yet figured how to keep track of everything, but I enjoy using the nutrition tracker. It is very helpful. I love Spark People emoticon

    I didn't know how to help myself until Spark People showed me it was simple enough to do by myself. Logging in regularly is a plus that keeps me committed to my goal. I love the way they keep track of everything for me and so does my doctor!
