Last week when I first started logging my food and fitness progress, I logged on once in the morning and wrote everything for the whole day (to save time.) I have found that it is a REAL motivator to me to know that if I deviate from what's already in "black & white" I will have to go back and change things...which is a waste of my time! So far, I have surpassed my expectations...(I don't mind going back on to add more fitness points!)
Skim Milk, unsalted sunflower seeds, beans (black, white, navy, lima, pinto, kidney) are all very rich in magnesium. Bananas & 1 ounce of dark chocolate will do it.
