I LOVE corn on the cob but the butter we lather on it is killer. Now I use "pam" type spray instead. Just spray it on instead of butter and add salt. It sticks just like butter because of the spray. What would I do without my Pam?!?!? Try it, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

It's a lite butter, only 5 calories per tablespoon, trans fat free, it's not for frying or baking but it tastes to me like butter. I use it on corn on the cob, baked potato, and toast. I think it is GREAT!
grilling meat most nights and adding some filling vegetables. i have learned to love Lima beans, corn on the cob, steamed broccoli, potatoes with 0 calorie butter spray, field peas, fresh tomatoes.
