Just getting off the couch and moving! It helped me make a great start in the beginning..I never sit still for longer than 5 minutes if I can help it(except meals)...just watch a child, they are only still when asleep...we should all be the same :)
Best thing is NOTHING is needed to do this, and you don't have to leave the house!You won't worry about how you look or if your jiggling...

I teach kindergarten. At least twice a day (morning and after lunch), we take time for singing and movement. I like to pick songs that get us jumping, marching, stretching and other forms of body movement. Helps my little ones burn off some energy and helps me with my daily movement goals.
