So I began slacking in my water consumption area. So I bought and new water bottle. So the past four days I have drank 12 + cups of water a day! This same trick works everywhere. Getting tired of your workout? Find a new one. Tired of the way you have been eating? Try a new way of eating. Switching it up keeps you motivated emoticon

  • I have noticed this works! I got a new water bottle as well- instead of a water bottle with a twist off cap, I got one with a straw and noticed it allows me to drink unknowingly @ my desk. I have upped my water count from my average 14 to 19 yesterday! - by FELIFISH26
