Each song is avg 4 minutes so for each song do 10 sit ups and after the 10 sit ups breathe until the song ends and do it again for 3 more songs :) in less than 20 minutes you will do 40 sit ups and have no breathing issues

    Thanks for the info/secrets of success...sounds do-able and now doing situps or pushups is not so much of a mental struggle. Thanks, again, for sharing...THIS REALLY WORKS FOR ME!!!
