I keep telling myself that I'm doing ok despite little to none weight lose. The secret is that I have bipolar. At this time it's unstable. Unstable comes with reckless eating. During this time, the treadmill has become my "best friend" 'cuz I zone out and everything is at peace for that 55 mins. emoticon

MORE INFORMATION:
I'm sharing this secret because it has been beneficial for me to have a BFF, the treadmill. Hopefully that will help others who find themselves in the same predicament like me.

    I also live with bipolar II - the medication along with the mood swings helped me gain 30 lbs over the last 2 years - you are not alone ((hug))

    i'm bp too and often find myself trying to medicate myself with food and lacking the energy for exercise. However since starting a vegetarian diet and exercising my symptoms have improved.I guess.lol.

    I share the disorder and have also experienced the uncontrollable eating and rapid mood swings. Hang in there - you have my prayers.

    I just read an article with new research that said adding lots of Omega 3's could help Bipolar. Eating fish 2x per week, adding walnuts and flaxseeds. Check into it, I believe it was Harvard Research. Good Luck!!
