I keep telling myself that I'm doing ok despite little to none weight lose. The secret is that I have bipolar. At this time it's unstable. Unstable comes with reckless eating. During this time, the treadmill has become my "best friend" 'cuz I zone out and everything is at peace for that 55 mins.
I'm sharing this secret because it has been beneficial for me to have a BFF, the treadmill. Hopefully that will help others who find themselves in the same predicament like me.
