I bought stainless steel measuring spoons from a Weight Watchers meeting that look like serving spoons. One is a cup, one is a half cup and one is a 1/4 cup ladle. I use them for everything and they are easy and look good. I will use them before pulling out the regular measuring cups.
Measuring and weighing foods can seem like a chore at times but it is far too easy to underestimate portion sizes and fool ourselves into thinking we're eating less than we are. Make the small investment in measuring cups spoons ladles and a good kitchen scale....then use them!
