Secrets of Success

Focus Is Key

I love tracking nutrition, weight, and excerise. Some days that it is just impossible to track on a specific day. Write down what you did and ate. Then you can go back and enter into the SP website. You will not be able to get the sparkpoints but at least you an monitor progress.

  • I love tracking too!! I was way off my game the past couple of weeks... due to stress at work, but not "making" time to track was my own lapse in judgment!!
Here I am today... Second day in a row of logging in! My longest "streak" was 60 days, I am shooting for more this time!! - by CAR58OLE

Agree with Bgumba . There are many activities on "Daily Challenges" you can points for in arrears or even ahead by a week or so. - by PSALM22
  • Actually, you will get the spark points for the nutrition and exercise. You can also go back and run your nutrition report for early days and you will be awarded Spark Points for that. These show up for the day that you actually ate and exercised, not the day you enter them in SparkPeople trackers. - by BGUMBA
