Exercise made my day complete with happy thoughts. Without my daily exercises my day is miserable and incomplete with grouchy mind.
Exercises made my life happy, nice person, more friendly, and lovable to my husband.
I had an emotional problems in my life, due to that I had to drunk medicine to fix my anxiety or mental illness. But now I almost 9 months without medicine. Exercises it helps me a lots, and give me a happy thoughts, good health of mind and body, and make me slim and sexy now.

I have added some goals to track every day using the "track other goals" link off of the Spark Points page. This helps remind me to do these things every day, and it makes me feel disappointed in myself and resolving to do better the next day if I don't complete all of these goals on every day that it is reasonable to complete them. On the days I do complete all my goals, it really makes me feel good to see those points adding up.
I'm a full time college student with a full time job, it's easy to get too busy to fit in exercise. On days when I don't have much time I go to my school's track and walk during my break. It's not hardcore cardio, but every little bit counts (:
