A funny way to get the exercise you need for the day.
A funny thing happened to me yesterday. I lost my van keys in Walmart, an hour away from home with the van locked. I walked all over Walmart looking for them.
I'd say between looking for the keys and shopping at Walmart yesterday, I walked 2 miles, only to find the keys at the bottom of the cart. Needless to say, when I walked out of Walmart yesterday I was very sore and had walked the farthest I had walked in a very long time.
I have tried so hard to loss weight and have failed miserably. Walking is the key to losing weight so I am going to start walking everyday even if it does hurt but I want this so badly. So lets all walk for a healthier life style and we will be successful.
I am going to try and walk 2 miles a day then increase it to 3 miles each week.
