  • Doing something consistently for 30 days will generally turn it into a habit according to specialists. Keeping this in mind has helped me bring in more good like daily bible reading, daily workouts, and daily trips to the playground with my kids and get less of the bad like overeating crackers and chips or bread and splurging on large amounts of yogurt, the sugary kind. - by MOM2PHILNKEEG
