Peanut butter & (low sugar) jelly on whole wheat bread is actually healthy! Dancing around & acting silly can be a great workout! Giving hugs to your friends is so much better than just saying "bye"! A quick nap is a great energy booster! Getting out in the fresh air leads to a great night's sleep!

One day during a bike ride, I found a silly band on the ground (rubber band shaped liked a dinosaur). My kids love 'em! So now I put it on my handlebars & whenever I hit a tough hill & I feel like quittin', I look at that silly band & think "what if my kids were watchin?" BOOM - pump baby pump!!
They really aren't! I remember liking them as a kid, but for some reason I haven't eaten them in forever thinking they were going to be bad. They're not! They just taste like a big fat raisin! Now I have a another healthy snack choice! 41
Eating veggies will help me loose weight YES! Well as much as I know this to be true it has always bean a struggle. Who can endure the salad, salad, salad, bla, bla, bla,? Then I did a few tweaks that changed the way I think about getting my greens. I add them to wraps by the handful, replace green beans for my pasta when I'm having spaghetti, and make a veggie " chili that is packed with flavor not calories just to name a few.
Think outside the box and explore new options when it comes to the veggies you hated as a kid...zucchini, spinach, ocher, chard etc.4
