Adding Spinach To Ground Meat

Members Were Sparked
This Sparked Me!

I buy a lot of ground turkey and make burgers and meatballs in advance and freeze them. The easiest way to add a secret serving of veggies is to mix in some frozen (but thawed) chopped spinach to the burger/meatball mixture. It cooks in perfectly and you can ensure even the pickiest eater that you can barely even taste it!

Delish!!! I have done the feta too, and have actually mixed that into the meat as well. I like that egg idea!

I have added spinach to my meatloaf and it is soooo delicious. I have also added crumbled Feta ontop...almost like a Feta Cheese Burger. Try putting a whole hard boiled egg or two, shelled in the center of the loaf and bake as usual. Thats good too!
