I love to bake from scratch for my family on vacation. It's cumbersome to take ingredients along so I combine the dry ingredients in zip lock baggies before I go. On the outside of the bag, I write the wet ingredients that need to be added and the temp and time on the bag so I can bake for my family when we are on vacation.
Today I put oats, flour, brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon in a ziplock, on the front I put "crisp", add butter/margine. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. I also do this with muffins, cookies, quick breads, etc. It's also really, really fast to bake!
