In order to get an accurate weight make sure you weigh yourself the same time each day. Take off your shoes, clothing, glasses, jewelry, makeup and nail polish. Make sure your legs are shaved, eyebrows plucked, and nails clipped. Take a deep breath and release all air before stepping on the scale. Then round down to the nearest pound.
I am surprised when I look in the mirror. I haven't lost enough for others to really notice yet but before I shiwer mornings (right after execise) when I'm feeling the highest I take a good look (yes completely nude) I can see a huge difference in my muscle tone , my stomavh hips etc. It feels great

Put on a smile and act positive even if your not! It is contagious and it may spread back to you! (Example ...this morning as I was leaving the gas station, the guy behind me said" I wish I had your energy." I told him i was pretending, just trying to get myself going. He then left with a smile, and I felt good knowing I made him smile!)
