    I think the concept on this one is that exercise gets your metabolism going, so eating shortly after exercise metabolizes the food more quickly since it's in "metabalizing mode." Good luck!

    I thought exercising after eating lowers you BS and avoids hypoglycemia. Does anyone have a link to research? emoticon

    hmmm interesting.. i thought eating 30 mins to 2 hrs b4 excercise is recommended to fuel your workouts?
