I read If you exercise before eating you will lose more weight and improve blood sugar control. Worth a try, I guess.

  • I think the concept on this one is that exercise gets your metabolism going, so eating shortly after exercise metabolizes the food more quickly since it's in "metabalizing mode." Good luck! - by SLASALLE
