I've been making cantaloupe milkshakes for almost 40 years and thought someone else might enjoy them, too! Take one half very ripe cantaloupe, chop into pieces and put into blender, add one half cup of cold skim milk, tad of vanilla and 4-8 ice cubes. Blend until smooth, pour into a frosted glass, add a long straw and ENJOT!

Craving a milkshake..Avoid those high calorie ice cream shakes.
Place a few FROZEN strawberries in blender with a 1/2 cup skim milk. Blend on high until thick, top with a fresh strawberry and a dollop of fat free Cool Whip. Yum! Any FROZEN berries or frozen peeled banana (cut into peices) can be subsituted for the strawberries.
