The next time you're out for a walk in the park make use of the park benches you pass. At the 1st bench do 5 step-ups for each leg...at the next one do 5 tricep dips, then try push-ups off a bench, then seated leg lifts... Just keep alternating. You'll get a full workout by the end of your walk

i started my weight loss journey when i was 16 i still remember the day as if it was yesterday i weighted over 96 kg thats 211 lbs it was a scary road but deep inside that 16 years old girl i knew it was time to make the diffrence , i started small changes i also attended dance swimming and arobic classes with the the skinny girls that was hard but my trainer has been my mentor she made me stand in the first row of the class. im 23 now i had my ups and down in my weight but never reacher 96
