Four times a day while I'm at work I sprint up and down 6 flights of stairs. It's a little extra exercise boost and makes it so I'm not chained to my desk all day long being inactive.

    Congrats on quitting smoking! I quit 8 years ago.

    Its also a great way to gauge your fitness! I do the same (on a stair master), and it gets easier over time and I go longer every week without being winded! I'm so glad I stopped smoking!
