    I totally agree. 5:30 a.m. is my time usually 4 days a week. My workouts last from 30 mins to an hour, dvds I check out from the local library at no charge. Ex. Tea-bo. My mornings off, I drop off my daughter to school and immediately proceed to the local park and walk for an hour. Another great workout that's free. Two great things about a.m. workouts is after you're done you have the rest of the day to enjoy and you havw completed something that is vital to your health and well being. It works.
