I know it's tediouis, but log every single bite you eat on the nutrition tracker. You'd be surprised how much those bites add up. I started doing this and found out I was regularly consuming about 500 more calories per day than I thought! Even if it's one cracker, two chips, one taste of cookie dough..log everything!!

Record the downs! The weight loss downs, that is - every time you drop a pound or two, record it! But don't record the ups. Recognize that they're there, but leave them off your record. It helps keep you inspired when you look at your ticker and keep seeing that downward trend!
