I know it's tediouis, but log every single bite you eat on the nutrition tracker. You'd be surprised how much those bites add up. I started doing this and found out I was regularly consuming about 500 more calories per day than I thought! Even if it's one cracker, two chips, one taste of cookie dough..log everything!!

    It amazes me to see the value of what I eat.

    You are so much more aware when you track. I'm learning to make better choices and learning that where I get my calories is just as important as how many I get.
