I love cantaloupe, but I hate cutting one. So, I now put the melon into a plastic grocery bag and set it on a baking sheet with sides. It's wonderful! I slice the melon, scoop out the seeds, peel the melon and it's all in the bag. Tie up the bag, throw it away, put the baking dish away and I'm done!

I use the plastic tops from margarine tubs and the like as coasters for items in my pantry and bathroom. The plastic coasters will keep drips from syrup bottles, bathroom cleaners, etc from staining the shelf and they are easy to rinse off!
Starting out slow and giving your body time to adjust
Most people start out exercising full on and when they feel the pain, they back off. I start out slow and add exercises and repetitions slowly. This gives my body time to adjust to the extra exercise time and repetitions. There is no need to hurt yourself and make exercising something to avoid. Make it easy and fun. Add an exercise a month if you like.
I do side leg lifts, knee bends, wall push ups (easier), and windmills (touch toes across). I am up to 150 wall push up in sets of 50, and 50 each on the other three exercises. I started the wall push ups at 50 and added ten a day, and the other exercises at 10 each (easy) and added five a day (easy).
