Fold laundry directly from the line, and sort it too.
Remove and fold all smalls. Stack them according to owner. Then remove and fold all shorts, then skirts, shirts and blouses, stacking according to owner. You can pick out the clothes that belong to one person at a time. Saves you time putting things away, and prevents a lot of wrinkled clothing too.
Buy clothes that require little or no ironing. Take clothes out of the dryer immediately; fold or hang. If clothes have been left in the dryer, remove items such as socks, towels, etc. that aren't wrinkled. Add a wet piece of clothing from the washer or a clean wet towel. Tumble on warm. Remove a few pieces at a time to hang or fold, allowing the rest to tumble. Use a spray bottle filled with water to dampen problem areas, such as a hem that curls or the plackets.. ..of shirts. Hang the items to air dry. If labels curl up, dampen them with the spray bottle, then clip spring-loaded clothes pins to the labels to weigh them down so they dry flat. Try hanging a few items in a bathroom where steam from a shower will help remove wrinkles. I haven't ironed for years.
