I buy lot's of produce and sometimes I can't always finish it. Instead of wasting it. I now take veggies that are near expiring and toss them into a food processor. I use the mixture to pep up boring foods. Use in your meatloaf mixture, hide in meatballs and pasta sauces. I even toss with mayo and tuna for a tasty sandwich. My kids haven't even noticed! Also close to expiring Fruit goes into smoothies, or homemade ice cream. Anything that's not fit to eat goes into the compost pile!

When you decide to get back on track first realize that this is not a diet but a way of life. Treat your home and your body as a shrine. No junk in the house no junk in your system. Outside of your home you can reward yourself for treating your body and house with love and treat yourself to a decadent sweet or drink. Good habits start at home. You are the keeper, provider and teacher to others.43
If you have junk food in the house collect it in a box, give it to a shelter, or better yet throw it away/,
