While many people like to exercise to peppy dance music, or popular tunes, or oldies, I love to walk to Sousa Marches. They have a great walking beat, and are always enthusiastic. You just keep walking, like the energizer bunny, keeping the beat!
I downloaded my album of Sousa Marches from Amazon.com

Life isn't perfect and we are often thrown lots of curve balls. When those time happen, march in place! Walk hospital halls, go up and down the stairs. Can you see a theme here? Instead of bemoaning that you didn't get to the gym, or no time for that exercise DVD when you get home, start marching, you can do that any time or any place. Turn around and do some wall push ups or squats. If anyone looks at you funny, what a great opportunity to Spread the Spark!!!!
Recently I realized that I had not done my ten minutes of exercise, so I started marching & swinging my arms. Did ten minutes & left to pick up hubby from the airport only to learn his flight was delayed an hour so I went back & kept visiting & marching, ended up marching for an hour!
