Where I choose to focus colors my whole day. If I focus on good, happy, bright ideas, people, things then I feel more positive. But when I focus on problems then I feel down. The secret is to work on problems a little at a time not give them all my focus--focus on solutions. I look to Jesus!30
I used to visualize what I'd eat from fast food before I pulled into the drive-thru! Now, I envision how it's filled with saturated fat, how off-track my nutrition tracker would be, and how it's mostly NON-FOOD! It works!
I never thought I'd escape my convenience/fast food habits, but focusing on eating whole, real, healthy foods really helps! Even the chicken on salads seems slimy and greasy to me.
