    Yes I am now where I am lost my first amount of weight I am down to where I have to really work at it. I go back to the basic of measuring every oz, tracking every bite to make sure I am still working at it as hard as when I started. some weeks no progress others yay! Just keep getting after it. NEVER GIVE up.

    Totally agree with this one. I think I am long overdue to a restart. Once I am moved & settled will do as it will be easier to manage food with less people in the house. thanks for sharing

    This is a really great idea. One I was even thinking about....being on the 6WD, I need to go back to 100 calories every 90. Maybe I would see the scale move again!
