Eliminating artificial sweeteners to contorl hunger and cravings for sweets.
Since I eliminated all Aspartame and Sucralose (splenda) from all my food and drink eight months ago, I have been able to control my cravings for sugar, the amount of daily sugar content in diet. My diet has transformed from being hungry all the time constantly craving sweets to seldom being hungry and being satisfied by much less food. Which has enabled me to naturally crave healthy foods, eating the same foods loosing weight as I will be once the weight is off.
I was a 25 plus year diet soda addict, drinking 4-7 cans day. I am convinced Artificial sweeteners has been largely responsible for my lifetime of bad eating habits. I can not express the effects of eliminating artificial sweeteners from my diet. Well on my way to loosing plus 200 lbs of weight loss.
Dieters & Diabetics Please Be Careful of Sugar Free Products
Sugar Alcohols (which are often used in products labeled sugar free) will raise blood sugar. Choose products with no added sugar instead. “Sugar-free”, consumers could potentially be consuming the same amount of carbohydrates and have a similar rise in blood glucose levels as if they ate pure sugar. This can sabotage a dieter’s efforts.
