    I just recently was reading how sugar intake can stall your weightloss efforts (or even worse - make you GAIN weight). Since I started looking at labels for sugar content, I'm amazed at the hidden sugars in products. I know it's impossible (for me anyway) to avoid it all, but being aware of the amounts and simply cutting back is crucial to a healthy life.
