Dieters & Diabetics Please Be Careful of Sugar Free Products
Sugar Alcohols (which are often used in products labeled sugar free) will raise blood sugar. Choose products with no added sugar instead. “Sugar-free”, consumers could potentially be consuming the same amount of carbohydrates and have a similar rise in blood glucose levels as if they ate pure sugar. This can sabotage a dieter’s efforts.

If you quit drinking diet soda and replace it with water and/or tea with no artificial sweetener, you will be amazed at how much easier it is to stick to your diet plan. I lost 5 pounds of bloating the first week I quit diet soda. I was drinking anywhere from 3 to 10 cans of soda a day. Not good!
