Sugar Alcohols which are often used in products labeled sugar free can raise blood sugar. Be careful. Avoid foods which cause the highest rise which are sugar in liquid form, like sugared drinks, fruit juices, and adding sugar to any drink; anything made with flour,white bread, spaghetti, mac & cheese, pretzels, bagels, muffins. Chose Dreamfield's Noodles, Rye Bread, whole wheat breads, muffins and bagels and no sugar added products. Rye Bread helps curb hunger at about 90 calories a slice
Drink Apple Cider Vinegar for numerous health benefits
