It is wonderful to have people who are supportive and encouraging. Make a commitment to express your gratitude to those who are supportive. Say "thank you." Make a healthy meal and share it with those who are encouraging you. And pass the encouragement along. Share favorite recipes and workout dvds with those who are supporting you and need your support as well.

The nice thing about saying "thank you" or giving that supportive person a hug is that you get to hear "you're welcome" and get a hug in return.
