If you are truly full it is okay to stop eating and save the rest for later even if your calories are low. By the same token if you are truly hungry it is okay to eat a little more. Just make sure it is healthy.

Our bodies don't know calorie ranges. The ranges are an overall guideline.

    Its funny, how times change. I would be in big trouble if I didn't finish my plate. I always had to try everything served. Only two foods I wont eat, Liver & Brussel sprouts. I don't force kids to finish if they say they are full, but I encourage them to try at least everything being served. Brussel sprouts are just a joke on mankind, and liver is the cow's filter. Too many toxins and synthetics now a days.
