Make it a rule that you can't drink anything other than water until you finished two cups of water. Slowly up the amount of cups of water to four before and four after so your drink of choice would be staggered in-between your daily water intake. This makes your tea, juice, pop seem like a treat rather than a necessity and eventually you could go days without drinking pop because when you're really thirsty you realize that the water works best to hydrate you! emoticon
