Not really a secret to SPers but I have found that when I have gotten out of tracking is when I plateau. Which then I realize is not really a plateau but me overeating. LOL! When I track I lose--bottom line!
Not really a secret, but when I get a craving for something extra- I go for fruit and veggies now. I try to keep them at work and readily available. This way, I eat something that nourishes my body vs. empty carbs. This has also helped me to maintain my calorie goal in order to lose weight!
