I make changes in the food I eat in small increments. This helps me to gain confidence in my ability to actually change to, eating better & healthier foods.
Diabetes for me is composed of three things I need to remind my self everyday. I use a triangle to reminder these three Items because a triangle has three sides 1. Excersies
2. Food eatting the correct types of food 3. Medication & Insulin Taking at right time & giving propper dosage of insulin.
