After lunch and/or dinner I will heat for 1 minute in the microwave 1/2 to 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce in a ramekin. Sometimes I add a few frozen berries or raisins on top . After it is heated, I top with a Tablespoon of FF whipped topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Yummy way to eat your fruit!
