I work an 11 hour shift at work 4 days a week. I live an hour and a half from work so my drive is hectic. I pack my gym bag nightly so that on my way home from work I go to the gym before I go home or change at work and go to the park for a run or bike ride. I don't have any excuse of why I don't workout. I'm always prepared and ready for what the day brings and the drive home after a work out is less stressful, I have accomplished something for myself and I feel good.
If I choose to run at a park I bring my own light weights or resistance bands. I find a place that I can keep them and run a mile and then do an arm workout, next round I run or walk and then do a leg workout.
