I have found out recently that there is a solution to being hungry throughout the day. EAT more often! I began scheduling my meals 2 - 3 hours apart and drinking a bottle of water with each meal. I also made sure that my meals consisted of fruits, vegetables, and meats, eliminating all processed foods. Not once have I felt hungry with this plan. Do I desire the old foods, of course? Do I cave to the desires? 95% of the time NO! Because I don't need them. Weight loss is moving towards my goal.
The benefits of eating this way is a steady (but slow) weight loss, never feeling hungry, and content with what I eat.
True and simple as the saying goes...."Slow and steady wins the race". It is true losing weight too fast can lead you to rebound and gain it back. Losing weight at a slow and steady pace allows your body to adjust to the change and helps you lose and/or maintain the weightloss.
