I live alone, in a small village without gym facilities. Roads are narrow and traffic ridden, paths are muddy and bumpy, good for turning ankles or spraining joints! So how do I exercise? I walk up and down the corridor - it is a long one and fifteen circuits make 1 km. I do jumping jacks every commercial break when watching TV and march in place when watching the show! I tune to a music channel when cooking or cleaning and jig around doing the chores!
Is it working? Well, I feel happier, have lost a little weight and my clothes are noticeably looser!
